Elisabeth Ostrow

Elisabeth Ostrow consults with the Annenberg Institute at Brown University on writing projects, helping develop website content, write grant applications, draft annual reports, and summarize research papers. She has worked as both a middle school teacher and a lawyer, and is particularly interested in literacy programs for adults and criminal justice reform. Her interest in tutoring stems from a stint tutoring young police officers in writing skills. She has also taught a pre-college English course to incarcerated men at San Quentin State Prison.

Elisabeth holds a BA in Literature from Yale University and a JD from New York University.
