Requires all students in a school assigned a letter grade of D or F to have access to tutoring. Tutoring can be provided by the school directly or the parent can choose from approved providers. Requirements include not more than 104 hours per student, group size of no more than 5 and provided by certified teachers or paraprofessionals.
